Meet the Founder

Originally from Singapore, Suhana has lived across 5 countries and brings 19 years of industry experience across healthcare and aviation, including international leadership and strategy roles in multicultural environments.

With every move came the challenge of starting over — rebuilding networks, relationships and a sense of belonging. Combined with her experience leading international teams and seeing first-hand how connection, belonging and culture influence engagement and talent retention, this became part of the inspiration behind Meet Your Vibe.

Suhana is also a published academic researcher in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), bringing together professional experience, research and a passion for building stronger communities and teams.

Event Support Team

Behind every Meet Your Vibe event is a small team helping bring the experience to life.

From welcoming guests and supporting the flow of the event to creating a warm, organised and engaging atmosphere, our event support team helps make sure every detail feels seamless.

Alexey, our Event Manager, helps ensure the operational side of each event runs smoothly while also capturing the special moments through photos and videos — preserving the energy, connections and memories that make every Meet Your Vibe experience unique.

Together, we help create the space — so our community can focus on connecting.

1. March – July 2023 — Where It All Began

   The Power of International Team Building

   It all began in March 2023, when I recognised a challenge within my own international team at an aviation company. International colleagues wanted more opportunities to connect and collaborate with their local counterparts, but demanding workloads often left little room for meaningful interaction.

   To bridge this gap, I personally developed and curated a team-building workshop designed to bring local and international colleagues closer together, strengthen relationships and encourage collaboration across cultures.

   In July 2023, the workshop came to life. My team thoroughly enjoyed the experience, showing how thoughtfully designed interactions could strengthen bonds and create a more connected working environment.

   That experience sparked a bigger idea: what if we could create the same sense of connection and belonging beyond our own team?

2. January 2025 — A Vision Was Born

   The Birth of MEET YOUR VIBE

   Inspired by the power of meaningful connections and personal experiences of starting over in different countries, the MEET YOUR VIBE community concept was born — a vision to connect ambitious, internationally minded people beyond their usual circles.

3. 2025 – Early 2026 — Behind the Scenes

   Research, Planning & Testing

   More than a year of research, concept development, audience segmentation and after-work testing with existing teams helped shape the MEET YOUR VIBE experience. Every stage focused on understanding how people connect and what makes meaningful interactions possible.

4. April 2026 — A New Chapter

   Official Business Registration

   MEET YOUR VIBE was officially registered in Hamburg, turning the vision into a business dedicated to curated community experiences and corporate team building.

5. May 2026 — The First Pilot

   Mini MEET YOUR VIBE

   Our first Mini MEET YOUR VIBE trial brought the concept to life. This smaller gathering allowed us to test the format, observe the interactions and refine our guided networking approach before the official public launch.

6. 24 June 2026 — The Official Launch

   MEET YOUR VIBE at Mozartsäle Hamburg

   After extensive planning and testing, MEET YOUR VIBE officially launched at Mozartsäle Hamburg. Our sold-out inaugural event marked the beginning of a new social community built around curated, hosted connections.

7. July – August 2026 — Community Growth

   Different Experiences. Shared Connections.

   Through Ladies Empowerment, Summer Boat and Elegant & Vibrant editions, our community continued to grow — welcoming people from different countries, professions and backgrounds, united by the desire to build genuine connections.

8. 5 October 2026 — Expanding Our Impact

   HSBA Induction Day — Master Students

   MEET YOUR VIBE brought its guided networking approach to the Hamburg School of Business Administration, connecting master's students through facilitated conversations and group activities designed to encourage belonging, collaboration and meaningful relationships.
